It was quite a challenge, and one I enjoyed immensely. I love Mieke's atmospheric photograph and it was great to have to think of something to go with it and it was fun creating a completely new image to go with the mood and atmosphere in Mieke's image. It was also a big challenge for me to keep it black & white (okay, okay, I did apply a sepia photo filter), which must be a first for me.

Very interesting to see how you have started with one image and changed it into something entirely your own - I'm glad it is still in black and white, I think that adds to the atmosphere.
