Cthulu

My interpretation of Cthulu - 'a fictional deity created by writer H. P. Lovecraft and first introduced in the short story "The Call of Cthulhu", published in the pulp magazine Weird Tales in 1928' (from Wikipedia)

A mix of textures, brushes and public domain images all mixed up in Photoshop. I love how it turned out. :D Hope you do too. :)

Take Cthulu with you and fill him up with coffee. :D

A quote by William Shakespeare

I wanted to play with some of my new fonts and some of the cool vector graphic sets I just bought and a couple of vintage illustrations. The fonts are (from top to bottom): Times New Yorker, Appendix3, Dyers Eve and Charlemagne, and  18thCentury. All combined and coloured in a played around with in Photoshop. :-)

I loved the quote so here's the image to go with it. I thought it a fitting companion to 'hearts are wild creatures'.
A bit of this and a bit of that, public domain mixed with free and bought resources and Photoshop with a hint of magic.
