Deer Dreams II

© Sybille Sterk
Do not copy or publish this in any way, shape or form without my written permission.

Inspired by Hannibal the TV series. I have a thing about antlers, so the dream like sequences in Hannibal impressed me greatly.

This is a composite of free and bought resources, and my own images combined and mixed up in Photoshop.

It is the second in the series. There might be third. I like working in threes. :D

Box of Darkness

Another a digital collage of images from various (vintage) resources, including some I bought, some which are in the public domain and some from The Graphics Fairy. I added my own flair and and imagination and a little magic to make this.

It was inspired by this quote by Mary Oliver:
"Someone I loved once gave me a box full of darkness. It took me years to understand that this too, was a gift."

Use this link to get free P&P. Promotion expires November 17, 2013 at Midnight Pacific Time. *Offer excludes Framed Art Prints, Stretched Canvases and Throw Pillows with insert.

My image and words from my poem Sadness
The taste of absinthe on my tongue
The sound of raindrops on the window pane
The scent of burnt leaves in Autumn
The feel of a cold draught on my skin

Darkness
Descends
Quietly

The Skins We Shed

MyFreeCopyright.com Registered & Protected
MCN: C5SCE-SLAD1-R5QCK

One of my images (of my forget-me-not meadow that used to be my lawn) and words from one of my poems, Seasons.

We shed so many skins throughout our lives... this is spring but the hint of winter is still in the air and summer is not far away. Autumn is just a dream.

All images/textures/brushes my own or bought. Edited with Photoshop.
