The last one (purple/blue) is perfect for that vintage/hipster feel. Use the Exclusion blendmode - a play with the opacity might be necessary - and add a cool grungy texture. :-) Or use one of the colourful gradients with Screen blendmode over the top to create light leaks like in a polaroid.
