This came to me when I was looking for images for another of my creations. There are so many versions of friendship for men as well as women. So I played around with the idea and sometimes Fate throws a lizard in the works and things turn out not how we had planned. 

As always a mix of public domain and bought resources with a lot of my imagination thrown in for good measure, all mixed up with a big spoon in Photoshop. Enjoy!

(Oh and this would make a great present for the love of your life on Valentine's Day. Just saying. :D)

My interpretation of Cthulu - 'a fictional deity created by writer H. P. Lovecraft and first introduced in the short story "The Call of Cthulhu", published in the pulp magazine Weird Tales in 1928' (from Wikipedia)

Another in my vintage hearts series. This one was created from a simplified version of the first one (vintage battered heart) and whilst I was creating things came to me... :D Lots of textures in this one (mostly bought) mixed with public domain images and bought and made shapes. All mixed in Photoshop.

Vintage Battered Heart

I am a total sucker for heart designs. :D Thanks to Black Friday and Cyber Monday I got some new resources I just had to try out and play with. 

The heart is made with a selection of vintage wing illustrations I bought a while back and a public domain scroll plus lots of bought textures combined to create this slightly battered vintage heart. All mixed in Photoshop.
