Illustration inspired by Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet.
"It was the lark, the herald of the morn, No nightingale."
I am one of those mad people who actually really like Shakespeare. I love the way he uses language and sometimes it totally takes my breath away. I remember reading it as a school girl and whilst all my class mates were complaining about having to read Shakespeare, I went to the library to read more. Mad, I know. :-)

Romeo & Juliet was one of my set books at school too and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Although I am not one to sit down and read Shakespeare, I love to watch it performed and come alive. Perfect illustration too!
